Stage 4 Breast Cancer (aka Metastatic Breast Cancer (MBC)) is breast cancer that has moved into other organs in the body. There is no cure. Over the years, pink has been associated with breast cancer, and many efforts have targeted awareness, screening, and the early stages of the disease. However, only 2-5% of funds raised support metastatic breast cancer research (National Cancer Institute facts).

We believe everyone should have a fair chance of survival. That’s why Sister Sojourn is dedicated to raising urgently needed funds. We know that the cure likely won’t come soon enough for us, but we’re working with METAvivor to change the future to transition metastatic breast cancer from a terminal diagnosis to a chronic, manageable disease.
