Living Beyond Breast Cancer (LBBC) is a national nonprofit organization that seeks to create a world that understands there is more than one way to have breast cancer. Their Vision: A world where no one impacted by breast cancer feels uninformed or alone. Their Mission: To connect people with trusted breast cancer information and a community of support.
Hear My Voice Metastatic Advocates are trained to use their personal stories, statistics, and insights about metastatic breast cancer to increase awareness. They also learn about the LBBC programs available to help people understand their diagnosis, make informed decisions, and get the support they need.
I’m looking forward to this training and to “raising my voice” about metastatic breast cancer.
